Some issues need ATTENTION
limited storage useless shower
The room had hardly any storage. I found only four of those horrible non-removable hangers in an almost inaccessible place behind a mirror. The shower is, i'm afraid, useless! It's above the bath and there's no way of operating it without standing directly underneath it. This means you get drenched immediately before you've had a chance to mix it.

the location was very central. the staff was helpful , and the lobby and restaurant area felt cute.

The staff were really helpful and cute. The receptionist changed our room with no hesitation after we discovered the original one lacked a bath. The chef at breakfast freshly prepared our order and personally delivered it to our table. THAT was a nice gesture. The comfy beds included fluffy white towels and a full-sized iron with board.

The hotel is centrally situated, it is ideal for seeing the city. There are at least 4-5 restaurants within a 5 mins walk from the hotel, i enjoyed the convenience of being close to everything.
